2006 - Cargill celebrated ten years in Romania and renamed these businesses: Olpo became Cargill Oils, FNC Calarasi became Cargill Siloz and Comcereal SA Alexandria became Cargill Cereale.
2005 - Cargill acquired Untdelemn de la Bunica, a leading brand of edible oil, through its acquisition of the Olpo-Ulei SA business in Craiova and Podari2004 - Cargill acquired Comcereal SA Alexandria, the Romanian grain silo company.

2003 - Cargill developed its Calarasi location by adding a facility to produce full fat soybean meal for its local compound feed users.
